1. Digital Products (e.g., music downloads, sheet music)

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloadable music, files, or other digital goods once the order has been completed and the product delivered.

Exceptions may be made only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong file

• The file is corrupted or unplayable

• You were charged multiple times for the same item

To request a correction or refund for any of the above reasons, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Services (e.g., online lessons, custom compositions)

For services such as online music lessons, private sessions, or custom compositions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.

• For custom music orders, partial refunds may be offered only if work has not yet begun.

3. Event Tickets (if applicable)

Refunds for event tickets (e.g., concerts, workshops) will be provided only if the event is canceled or rescheduled by us. No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Conflicts with your schedule

• Travel delays or other personal issues

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
